Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please call 403-800-9229

with at least 24 hours’ notice.

As the appointment time has been especially reserved for you, missed appointments or late cancellations mean that others are not able to use that appointment time.

Missed appointments without at least 24 hours’ notice will result in a missed appointment charge of half the cost of the session.
